Jose Padilla is a dedicated professional, proud father, and head of his family who brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside reputable construction companies in both New Jersey and Michigan, gaining extensive knowledge in quality craftsmanship, project management, and client satisfaction.
Driven by his passion for building and his commitment to doing things the right way, Jose co-founded JCP Home Remodeler with his brother, Cristian. Together, they built the company on family values, integrity, and a strong work ethic.

Cristian Padilla

Cristian Padilla is a dedicated craftsman, young father, and committed family man who brings several years of hands-on experience to JCP Home Remodeler. Having worked closely alongside his brother Jose throughout his career, Cristian has developed strong skills in residential remodeling, attention to detail, and delivering high-quality results.
